This video presentation is focused on mindfulness and self-care practices for couples. It was super interesting to apply these wonderful principles to relationships, particularly within the context of the emotional and interpersonal impact of COVID.
That being said, all of the concepts, and experiential exercises, can also be utilized by individuals, to improve their emotional wellbeing, and daily functioning.
